Upgrade Anytime

I'm using Vista Enterprise and want to upgrade my current version to Ultimate
- I already have the product keys for ulimate - How can I perform the upgrade
with going through the upgrade anytime wizard?

There is no upgrade available from Enterprise to Ultimate.

You can't, I'm afraid. The Upgrade Anytime feature is available only
for the Windows Vista Home Basic, Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows
Vista Business, Windows Vista Home Basic N, and Windows Vista Business N
editions.
