Get rid of User Account nag?

'Couldn't live with the constant "Allowe?" "Continue?" again "Continue?" "Try
again?" "You don't have permisson" etc.
The choices, as I see them, are to go back to XP permanently or at least
turn off the User Account Control.
Now that UAC is turned off I get less anoying messages but instead the "User
Account control is turned off" nag appears.
Is there a way to get rid of that one?

Go to Security Center,
Click Change the way Security Center Alerts Me,
Select your option.
