how to get vista backup disc

I have vista home edition and for "some reasons" I would want to reinstall it
on the same laptop. Unforchenately I have not created a distrib(backup) disc?
of course I have license number... how can get a backup disc?

And I can not create a backup now, because vista currently does not work
properly.

Hi,

For a set of recovery disks you need to contact the manufacturer. They
usually charge a nominal fee for these (since you were given the option to
create your own and did not do so).

Contact the laptop mfg for info on acquiring or creating a recovery kit.
