Network monitoring lights in task bar?

Hi all,

How do I turn on the little lights that monitor net
activity that went in the lower right hand corner
of the task bar? like XP.

Right click the "start" button, select properties, click the notification
area tab, put a check in the box for network.
Then right click the tray icon and select "turn on activity animation".

Oh, and in the future try to pick a more relevant group for your questions,
this one had nothing to do with installing Vista, a better place would have
been the general group.
