User profiles on different drives

We deploy vista through ghost. we use 3 drives in all of our setups. We use
the C drive for boot/programs.. We use D drive for data. and another drive
for the paging file.

What we want to do is move the Users folder over to the Data drive. That way
when we want to reimage only the c drive we can without backing up everything
on the hard drive. Is there a way to make this possible for users?
