BOOTMGR is missing

I 've tried all the 3 methods, but it dose'nt seem to work...I have a
recovery drive on my laptop, but i cant fix it from there either. I actually
cant find the windows on any of my drives.

I suggest you follow the instructions in your manual, or contact Technical
Support for your computer.
