windows vista home premium

i currently have vista home premium on my computer, i won another vista home
premium os in a raffle, the vista website says if i want to go from home
premium to home premium that its an upgrade, how is that possible

Hi,

I suspect you won something other than home premium? Otherwise why would you
want to waste your license upgrading to something you already have?
