Missing "export" on Contacts tool bar

Help tells me to select contacts and use export on tool bar. Tool bar for
Contacts has no export showing

Open the Contacts folder. Right-click on a blank area in the folder, and choose Customize This Folder... In the folder type drop down box, select Contacts and click OK.
