XP installed....but no driver

I have installed XP on another drive as that of XP...
but i do nt know how to check drivers are installed or not...
its not showing LAN or Wireless...
but before in Vista everything was working..
can u tell me whether its OS drivers are missing or some other ..
and how to find out driver configuration...

Right-click on My Computer, then selct Properties. Go to the Hardware
tab and click Device Manager. Anything listed that has a yellow icon
with an exclamation mark in it needs to have drivers loaded.

Go to the motherboard/device manufacturers website and download the
appropriate drivers.
