Wnodws vista Interface language

Hi,

I am having one laptop with windows vista business oem (with English
interface) i need to change interface to arabic.Is it possible.please help me

Upgrade to Ultimate when you purchase your PC
Purchase another copy of Vista in the language you desire
Remove Vista and install XP if you already have a licensed version
Buy a Mac where multi-lingual support is standard.
