Vista Home don't start

At the end ofthe start process I receive a blue screen with this codes:

STOP: c000021a
0xc0000139

This ocurs since I try to install a new Bluetooth drive.

If I try to repair the system Vista says that is not possible to repair, the
bootmgr is mising

¿any body can help me)

Try booting from your Vista DVD and selecting the repair option. That's
designed to fix your boot sector.

I do that but it didn't work, vista says somethink like this:

some people talk about that vista repair thing..i tried to do it..
i never seen it,,never found it..thats not to say that its not there..
but i had to do a full reinstall...if you ever get it working and its
right..do a manual restore point.so when you install one more thing..you can
fix your computer.wtih the manual restore point..good luck..
