Startup after 2nd installation

Due to various driver problems I had to re-install Vista Home Premium. These
matters now appear to be resolved however when I now start my windows I get
the start up prompt that normall appears when the system has crashed. I.E.
How do you wish to start Vista, safe mode, safe mode with command prompt or
Vista nomally.

Is there any way that this can be stopped from appearing every time i have
to restart my PC. There are no other errors appearing on the pc during its
start up or whilst running normally.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
