Download from the net (Vista)

When trying to download off the net (Avery site) I get the error 1606 during
the installation part of it. Stating; Couldn't access Network location XL
start..I have no clue what this means..Can anyone help? Then a window pops
up stating; Go to Window Installer help (msi.chm or MSDW) Again no clue as to
what to do. The Avery download is supposedly compatable w/Vista...

Google "error 1606" - plenty of suggestions.
