Upgrade from Vista Business to Vista Ultimate

I have Vista Business on my tablet and have just purchased Vista Ultimate.
when I install Ultimate is this a new install or an update. I ask this
because I am not sure if I need to export all my working files off the hard
drive first. If it is a fresh install I guess I will need to also reinstall
all my software. Is that correct too.

Hi,

It would be an upgrade and should preserve existing user accounts, programs,
data, and settings. However, a wise person would still perform a proper
backup of critical data before making this kind of a change.
