Trouble Installing - Restricted User?? But I am the Admin..

i am having trouble installing Realplayer Superpass the message is saying its
because i am a restricted user but im not i am the Administrative User. What
can the problem be??

Download and save the installer, then right-click it and select "Run as
Administrator" to install properly.
