IIS issues

Hi guys,

After a pretty smooth installation of Vista ultimate 64bit I've encountered
the following issues with IIS:

1. I've installed Virtual Server 2005 R2 but Cannot open the
administration web site.
Message: "VSWebApp Unknown File Type... Do you want to save blabla..."

2. I'm trying to install SQL Server 2005. Installation does not recognize
the IIS although I've installed the feature from control panel.
I've tried installing the backward compatibility features in IIS to no
avail.

Now, the IIS setup seems to be "dead". I've tried to remove the whole IIS
but any feature I try to add or remove now ends with the message "Not all
features could be installed/removed" and nothing is changed.

Any ideas?
