APPCRASH whenever I open Control Panel

Hi:

I recently upgraded from WinXP Pro to Vista Ultimate, and whenever I launch
the Control Panel -- regardless of whether I am Administrator or a regular
user -- I receive the following error. Can anyone propose a solution?
