Select installation language

Hello,
We have recently bought a windows Vista Ultimate DVD package in Spanish
version and We would like to install it in English but we can not find the
English language in the list of language selections and it has just the
Spanish and different dialect of Spanish.
If we can install it in English language.

You can't. The language you purchased it in is the language you have it in.

If you have installed the version you bought, you will be able to download
the wanted English langauge pack and install that to have a English version
with the base spanish, but all the screens and the rest wil lbe in English.
