After install problem with widcomm bluetooth license

I've just upgraded to Vista Home Premium from XP on my Dell Dimension 8400.
Now, on start up, I get the following message "Your widcomm bluetooth
software license does not include use on this operating system". Anyone know
how I can sort this out as I haven't a clue, despite various searches on the
dell support site and google.
