You've eliminated a lot of items but haven't yet given a good example of
what a setup problem might be....
You state that a driver related issue is rarely a setup problem - I would
strongly disagree with you. If you'll read some of the posts concerning the
inability to load Vista (that's setup) because of a bad driver or lack
thereof - then I'd say it belongs here.
And please identify your relationship with MS - an employee, MSVP - or are
you just another "paying through the teeth and don't need any bull from
a net nanny right now " customer, like the rest of us?
