Sounds like one of the updates you're doing may be the culprit. One of the
MVP's may be able to tell you how to do this but you need to download and
install the updates selectively - not all at once. See if it runs okay,
then download and install the next. If it is an update creating the
problem, this should help you find it.
There's also the advice - only download updated drivers directly from the
manf site to insure you have the latest fixes. That certainly has merit.
