What should I do about activating my windows?

I got my Vista copy via the TAP program, and it s activated 3 or more times
before, but after I changed my CPU from AMD 3000+ to AMD X2 3800+, the world
is different. I have to reactivate my Vista and it failed in activating
online, and I HAVE TO use the phone EVERY TIME I install Vista from now on.
Anyway, is there any suggestion fot me push Microsoft change their policy and
make it possible for me to activate my Vista online AUTOMATICALLY again. God
help me, as a DIYer it will be crazy using phone every time...Any suggestions
or comments are welcomed, thanks a lot!

You will continue to use the phone system from now on (this will continue to
be he case - no change planned with SP1).
That is the way it is. Why do you keep having to reactivate ?
If you are rebuilding so frequently do not activate.
