RE: Can't install Vista RTM on a PERC4E/DC RAID0 system
I have a similar situation. I have a Dell PERC 5/i card in an Intel D975XBX2.
The PERC 5/i drivers work find in Windows XP 32/64, but fail to load in
Windows Vista 32/64 even though the are included in the RTM DVD. The same
card works fine in a Dell XPS GEN5 computer and Vista does detect and load
the PERC 5/i drivers. It's hard to tell if it's an incompatablility with the
Vista drivers or the D975XBX motherboard since everything work correctly in
Windows XP.
