Reinstall Vista after product key activation
I have upgraded from XP to VHP (using the upgrade DVD), and the product key
has been activated. Is it possible to 'go back' and do a clean install in
this situation? If so ,how do i go about doing this without having to
purchase another key?

Re: Reinstall Vista after product key activation
Use phone activation - however if you are planning to reinstall a Vista
upgrade -say from Home Basic to Home Premium - a new key is required.

Yes, just reactivate. If it won't go through on the internet then do the
phone activation. You can reinstall/reactivate as many times as you want on
the same system. Retail copies are transferable to different system if
removed from the first one
