Did not like how my computer run on vista so I upgraded it and know it wants
me to buy a nother vista . what do I do

You're post is confusing. What exactly did you do? What did you start
with, what did you upgrade with and what exactly, and where is this message
appearing?

Sounds like you did a hardware upgrade and it wants you to reactivate.
You can either reactivate or call the toll free number.

If you wanted to upgrade the Vista product using Anytime Upgrade, you
don't have to, but you can buy a better version of Vista.
