Error 0x80070241

I'm attempting a Vista Business upgrade on a straight XP Pro SP2 fully
patched workstation via a Volume Licensing upgrade Disk (set of 4 disks).
When I get to about 59% on the second disk I get the error:

"Windows cannot copy files requited for installation. The files may be
corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installationa are
available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070241"

I've run the Vista Upgrade Advisor and all checks out fine.

Any suggestions?
