You don't need to do that. The VHP upgrade should have come with info in
the box on how to order the x64 DVD for the cost of shipping. The same
upgrade product key will work to install x64 and x86. Only one can be
installed at any one time. You cannot do an in place upgrade from x86 Vista
to x64 Vista, only a custom install.
