upgrade from Buisiness to Ultimate help needed

I am just about to upgrade from Business to Ultimate and am a little confused
about the process, I have clicked on the link to Upgrade, have put my Vista
CD in the PC and run setup.exe.

Should a software file they keep talking up have been downloaded to my PC,
if so where would it be, i dont want to hit the Vista Install button again
incase it justs installs Business over the existing version.

I cant see anything that says i am being upgraded apart from the screens
when i click the link i was sent, also i dont seem to have a digital locker
icon in control panel, so i dont know if the license file is on the pc or
not, any help would be apppreciated.
