Was this a custom install or an upgrade? If upgrade GoBack isn't installed,
is it? If not, and if this was an upgrade you can try a custom install.
Did you check with Toshiba to make you have all the Vista compatible
drivers? Other than that, I don't know what to suggest.
I thought of one other thing. Chad Harris has posted several times that he
has seen where running the startup repair several times was needed.
