speech recognition doesnt work

ive got vista ultimate and i wanted to try speech speech recognition but i
cant set it
in the config screen

when i press on the options il get a link to the microsoft site
when i click on spraak herkenning starten (speech recognition start) il only
get a bad language foult
when i click on micro... il dont get anny screen at all
