Removing Windows SharePoint Services

when trying to upgrade to Vista I get the following:
You must make the following changes before installing Windows Close Windows
installation, go to Programs, and uninstall the following programs:
o Windows SharePoint Services
The problem is I cannot find Windows sharepoint service I currently run
windows xp home. Need help I did and search and also showen nothing.

please help dave
