Dear Michael,
Many thanks for your response - I did call micosoft and as I am currently in
Switzerland for a couple of weeks they will not help me - it is intended only
for US customers (even though I live in the US..)
I called Microsoft switzerland, was told as I downloaded it from the
Marketplace only the US support services can help. The US support services
told me they cannot help and asked me to get in touch with Marketplace for
technical support on redownloading the software.
The download was not the issue, but am stuck in the middle with cash spent
for no apparent purpose.
Thank you though, hopefully someone will find a solution.
