Installing my Ultimate upgrade

Hello,
I was a Windows Feedback Panel beta tester and have RC2 installed in
dual boot configuration with XP. Just wondering, when I upgrade with
my free production copy of the Vista Ultimate upgrade, will I be able
to upgrade my XP install, or will it only allow the upgrade of the
Vista beta...?

Either one or both.
One License for one computer. Nothing wrong with two installs on the same
one.
One for testng and one for bills
