Cannot find how to run with Aero

Hi

I have a PC with P4 3.2 HT cpu, 2.5 Gig RAM, 7600GT 256 meg Graphics Card,
I have installed Vista Ultimate and had a good look around and I have
installed the latest
nVidia Vista drivers.
I cannot see where I go to get the Aero Desktop.

Please give me some guidance.

1. Go to Start > Help and Support
2. Type AERO in the Search box, press the Enter key.
3. Click on "Troubleshoot problems with Windows Aero".

Thanks for your response, I originally gave up on help
because I still couldn't find where to turn Aero on, but I found it this
time.
