Dual Boot with Windows Vista OEM?

I have Windows XP Home installed on a Dell Dimension 9100. Vendors
are selling Windows Vista Home Premium OEM. Can I do a dual boot
scenario with a Vista OEM disk?

Also, I have 1 gig of ram. What is the correct amount of Flash Memory
for Windows Vista Readyboost, or does it not matter?

Yes, you can legally dual boot with the OEM version. 1gig works fine for
readyboost. Not all usb connections or usb drives do work though.
