RE: After first restart, I can't get past the loading screen
I have the same issue. Setup hangs on first reboot after installing Vista
Business Upgrade from Windows XP.
Setup also hangs on bootup from CD.
Averatec AV3250HX-01
upgraded to 1 gb SDRAM
upgraded to 100GB 7200 RPM HD
Windows Vista Upgrade advisor passes and recommends Vistia Business
