Can you install Vista over Vista?

I recieved Business Edition through MSDN Academic Alliance, but it lacks some
of the features I'd like to have. I'm thinking of purchasing Vista Ultimate
to get these other features, but i'm wondering what will happen if I try to
install Vista over another version of Vista. Anyone?

It should work just fine. You can purchase the Ultimate Upgrade
if you want or the Anytime Upgrade (Read that EULA closely, though).
