Start Up Menu

How do I get my program files to open on the All Programs tab in the Start
Menu. I customized my start menu and now the folders will not open except in
Classic View or manually. How do I make them open automatically when I click
on them?

In Vista view, you click on start menu, all programs, then click on the
program folder, then on the .exe for the program you are trying to start and
it doesn't start? Is that what you are saying?
