Set-Up Help. Look to see what I did

I called Microsoft and they were extremlely pleasant to speak with and very
helpful, and got Vista Ultimate up and running for me. I wanted to pass this
on so in case others had a problem, this may possibly help. I uninstalled my
anti-virus software along with the dvd software from Windows XP, and then
reinstalled Vista and it worked perfectly. This may be helpful to some and
not for others, but it may save some from having to call Microsoft.
