NO and Yes.
Better choice, put the Vista DVD in and at the install screen choose the
"Transfer Files" choice and use Vista Windows Easy Transfer. (WET)
If you do have a Windows Files and Setting Transfer Wizard store, Windows
Easy Transfer can read it, but just copy it to a single folder and not
replace everything. WET is better.
