License agreement stopped working?????

I have tried to open software that came with my textbook and it will not run.
Keeps saying License agreement stopped working. What does this mean and does
anyone know how to fix it? I really need the resources from this disk. Thanks

Hi Izzy,

You need to contact the distributors of that software. The error probably
means the software is not Vista compliant. There may be a workaround or it
may require a higher version.
