VUA Error - "We could not contact the web service"

Every time I run VUA 1.0, which I just downloaded it runs for 5 to 10 minutes
and then presents the following error. "We could not contact the web service
at this time. Either the web service is busy or you were disconnected from
the Internet. Please check you network..."



I have uninstalled and have cleared out the temp directory. It still
continues to provide the same error.
1. The internet works fines
2. There is no proxy server on this network
3. The firewall and AV were shutdown and disabled

Still the same error.

The tool did create the 4 files

VUA_Bucketizer_ASUS.xml
VUA_Collector_ASUS.xml
VUA_QueryAppBlock_ASUS.xml
VUA_WinSat_ASUS.xml

Any help would be appreciated.
