Anytime upgrade failed

What a nite.... All began fine with a great instal of Business edition via
action pack... Then I used the anytime upgrade offer.. Went to the site that
had the list of vendors to get the upgrade. i chose Best buy, got to the
upgrade part, clicked on it..and to make a long story short, the conection
failed... Only option i had after that we Upgrade later..... I tried ot go
back and redownload, yet that didnt work either.
Then i get my $139.00 charge to my bank account, yet i still dont have Vista
ultimate.

I thought perhaps the digital key downloaded, so i tried a upgrade..no luck,
it was still business edition....

i called Best buy, they didnt care..blamed MS...i called refund center at
best buy, they didnt care... So i dont know what to do at this point.... I
have been charged 139.00 yet cant get my upgrade......

What can i do?????

Same thing happened to me just now! I did it via WindowsAnyTimeUpgrade.com
site and got an error saying it cannot upgrade the license.

Wrote an email to CustomerService@NA.WindowsAnytimeUpgradeStore.com and
will have to wait and see what they say. If they say I can't upgrade from
Business (Action Pack) to Ultimate, I won't renew my subscription.
