MSXML2.DOMDocument.4.0

I did a clean install of Vista Business. New RAID1 disk drives.
I reinstalled VFP 9 after sucessfully installing Vista. When I try to
run VFP's Task Manager, I get an error that MSXML2.DOMDocument.4.0
cannot be found. I know that this deals with XML classes but I have
no idea how to correct the problem. There is reference to .3.0, .5.0
and .6.0 but not .4.0. Can anyone shed light on this problem?
