Nvidia Control Panel problem

For the life of me I cant get the "Manage 3d settings" in the Nvidia
control panel to save on my 7800. For instance I change the Anti-alias
settings from 4x to Application controled, click apply. But when i come
back they are back to 4x.

More Specifically when I try to add a Program thats when it wont save right.

Using NVtweak I was able to restore AA in Planetside.
