Re: languages problem on upgrading Vista
I have , uufortunately, ordered and received a Vista upgrade in English for
my German language computer. As I was installing the Acer Express Upgrade
DVD using the "upgrade" version of the three choices available, the first
part was completed OK, but the second DVD - the actual VIsta installation
could not continue and I was informed that I must obtain a version in German.
I am not able to return to Part one since this is considered "completed" and
blocked, so I cannot select the full license verson (one of the 3 choices was
a "parallel" version of Vista and I thought that this might work.) I have
received no joy in attempting to get a solution to my quandry from Acer, so
at the moment I am in limbo with no Vista upgrade accessible. Any
suggestions?
