Can Window Calendar import from Outlook?
I have office Ultimate 2007 and save my calendar items in Outlook. I notice
that Vista Ultimate provides something called Windows Calendar and appears
to duplicate the Outlook calendar. Can anyone please tell me whether there
is a way to import calendar files from Outlook into Windows calendar?

Re: Can Window Calendar import from Outlook?
When showing your Outlook calendar, go to File - Save As and you can export
your Outlook calendar in iCal format.

The exported calendar can then be imported to Windows Calendar.

Re: Can Window Calendar import from Outlook?
I saw your reply and thought you'd cracked my problem. But, in Outlook 2000
the option to Save As in calendar view is greyed out. Any idea why? Or is
there another solution to transferring Outlook calendar to Vista Windows Mail?
Thanks

Re: Can Window Calendar import from Outlook?
Only Outlook 2007 can save calendars in iCal format.

There is a free beta Outlook to iCal conversion utility at
http://www.mhsoftware.com/loader/index.html which many have found useful.

You could download a trial version of Office 2007 and convert from Outlook
2007, but that's rather overkill.
