Upgrade Advisor Installatio Problem

Using PC World find.pcworld.com/54172 ( Windows XP Home Edition ) I cannot
install completely. Near the end of the installation I get this message :
"Could not access network location %USERPROFILE%\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup\." Any suggestions to correct this? Thanks John R

Are you saying you can't install the PC World advisor from the web? The
link you give is a forum.

If you are looking for upgrade advisors try the ones from Microsoft and
CNet.
