BSOD and other problems......

Hey Guys/Gals,
I hope you can help out a poor Vista newb!
System Duel Core E6600, XFX 8600GT, 2 x 74GB WD Raptors in striped raid
and a Seagate 320GB, 4 GB Corsair XMS DDR2 MOBO P5N32-E SLI Plus.

MY Problem, whilst trying a re-install after a critical error I now get
the BSOD whist trying to install with a **** Stop 00E00000007E code or
something very close to that. Safe mode will not work, just tells me
that safe mode could not load completley and that I must
restart.Debugging mode does not work. And to compound things it now
won't allow me to enter the BIos by pressing delete.....I've tried all
the options on the F8 Key (safe mode ect) with no joy. So I hope one of
you wounderful Vista Gurus out there will be able to point me in the
right direction...

Yeah, ok I pulled out 2GB of DDR2 and diconnected the 320GB HD and I
seem to have a working install...now the question is will it survive a
restart?
