Welcome Screen Screen Saver

I'm running fully licensed Vista RTM Enterprise Edition and except that there
are no fully functional drivers for graphics (nVidia 7800GS), sound (audigy
2zs), mouse (razer copperhead-USB), and keyboard (microsoft ergo4000-USB),
the things stable...

One annoying thing however is that there's no screen saver on the welcome
screen... screen saver works in all the users i have configured (three), but
user switch or log off all users and the screen saver won't kick in...

The monitor is set to shut off and does... but the log-on screen saver would
be a good thing...

Any hints or registry edits for this ?
